An integral member of the Bowen & Briggs search team, Jason A. Cox prides himself in using a wide array of resources, strategies and experience to market various searches and find qualified, top-tier candidates for many different types of positions and client hospitals. An enthusiastic employee for more than 14 years, Jason has created and developed many of Bowen & Briggs successful search strategies. He works diligently and systematically, beginning with constructing a comprehensive search and marketing plan for each search, implementing the plan, and coordinating the search from its beginning to end, using all tools necessary to deliver the best candidates for our clients.

Key areas of Jason’s expertise are:

  • Strategic and comprehensive marketing plan for each search
  • Networking with and sourcing potential candidates from children’s, teaching and community hospitals, professional organizations and other institutions nationally
  • Ongoing communication with clients and candidates throughout interview process
  • Reference interviews, status reports and search assessments
  • Orientation and training of search team members and other employees
  • Ongoing database updates and enhancements

After high school, Jason served more than four years in the United States Marine Corps (Special Forces). He then obtained his Associate’s Degree in Recording Engineering, and spent several years as a Recording Engineer and Record Producer, creating records for local and national artists, before joining Bowen & Briggs.
