Lucia Turner Cox has worked at Bowen and Briggs since 1996, serving for several years in the roles of Administrative Coordinator then Operations Manager, through 2011. In her current role as Vice President, Lucia represents the company through relationships with clients, candidates, employees and vendors. She participates as an executive member of the company, as well as in the various components of operations.

Lucia engages with all aspects of the firm. Her responsibilities with Bowen and Briggs include:

  • initial and ongoing communications with potential and active clients
  • contracting liaison
  • planning and marketing for search services
  • coordinating and sourcing candidates
  • financial management
  • information technology and database maintenance
  • headquarters operations

Lucia is from the Philadelphia area, and received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York City, in 1995.
