Lucia Turner Cox has worked at Bowen and Briggs since 1996, starting as a part-time financial and data entry assistant, then served as Administrative Coordinator from 1997 through 2005. In her current role as Operations Director, Lucia represents the company through interactions with clients, candidates, employees and vendors. She participates as an executive member of the company, as well as in the various components of operations.

As the company’s Operations Director, Lucia interfaces with all aspects of the firm. Her responsibilities with Bowen and Briggs include:

  • direct interface with clients
  • planning, marketing and contracting liaison
  • financial management
  • information technology and database maintenance
  • headquarters operations

Lucia is from the Philadelphia area, and received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York City, in 1995.
