A leading children's healthcare system turned to us to evaluate their redesigned patient care model and implement the next generation of change to achieve improved quality of care and patient satisfaction.

At a 280-bed children's and women's hospital within a healthcare system we evaluated their retention and recruitment programs and developed strategies to break the cycle of staff turnover.

For a large community hospital we reviewed the array of services for women and children and recommended creating a service line. We identified services to bundle, developed an action plan for moving forward and conducted the search for the director.

The National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions, Inc. selected us to design and assist in implementing the organization's FOCUS Group Initiative. The FOCUS Groups identify practical approached to reduce costs, improve patient care and benchmark clinical practices.
