Kimberly
Distilli
Vice President
During her twenty-two years as
an RN, Kimberly Distilli has provided and experienced health care in a
variety of settings, giving her a keen understanding of
the importance of service and operational excellence.
She is results-oriented and self-motivated, which guides
her to consistently achieve results. She is ideally
suited to connect with healthcare leaders, executives,
physicians and clinicians, and successfully engages
employees at all levels of our organization to
participate in maintaining the culture of one shared
vision and purpose: Connecting Leaders in Children’s
Healthcare.
Kimberly serves as Vice
President for Bowen and Briggs.
She brings extensive
operations, program development and execution, and
multidisciplinary team facilitation experience to the
Bowen & Briggs team.
Her clinical nursing
background includes pediatrics, neonatal intensive care,
adult medical/surgical and hospice. She manages searches
for patient care services leaders and directs the Bowen
and Briggs search team.
Kimberly served previously as Regional Account Manager
and National Program Implementation Manager for a
Neonatal Disease Management Company; Director of Quality
Improvement, for a Community Health Plan, Washington, DC
and Clinical Care Coordinator, Children’s National
Medical Center, Washington DC. She holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Nursing from The Catholic University of
America, Washington DC. |
