  Lucia Turner Cox
Operations Manager

Lucia Turner Cox has worked at Bowen and Briggs since 1996, starting as a part-time financial and data entry assistant, then served as Administrative Coordinator from 1997 through 2005. In her current role as Operations Manager, Lucia represents the company through interactions with clients, candidates, employees and vendors. She participates in the decision-making of the company, as well as in the various components of operations.

As the company’s Operations Manager, Lucia interfaces with all aspects of the firm. For search and consulting services, she serves as the planning, marketing and contracting liaison for the Bowen & Briggs team. Operationally, she manages Bowen & Briggs’ financial, HR, information technology activities and all other business proceedings at the headquarters office.

Lucia is from the Philadelphia area, and received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York City, in 1995.
