Lucia
Turner Cox
has worked at Bowen and Briggs since 1996, starting as a
part-time financial and data entry assistant, then
served as Administrative Coordinator from 1997 through
2005. In her current role as Operations Manager, Lucia
represents the company through interactions with
clients, candidates, employees and vendors. She manages
Bowen & Briggs’ financial activities and information, as
well as documents and files, and the headquarters
office. She writes and revises contracts and reports,
position descriptions and marketing materials. She
serves as liaison for equipment and computer-related
issues, and with vendor relationships.
Lucia is from the
Philadelphia
area, and received her Bachelor of Arts in English from
Barnard
College,
Columbia University,
New
York
City, in 1995.
