Dr. Peter Fos brings extensive experience in formal decision analysis to the Bowen & Briggs team. Given the complexity associated with many decision problems, formal analysis is needed to help decision-makers select decision alternatives. Pete Fos is an expert in decision analysis.

Dr. Fos currently serves as Dean and Professor, The University of Southern Mississippi, College of Health, where he is active in teaching, research and consultation. He serves as a collaborative partner with Bowen & Briggs.

Dr. Fos’ expertise in decision analysis is useful in redesign projects, in such areas as inventory control, systems for supplies, patient flow, decisions regarding central or decentralized services, cross-training and flexible assignment of personnel. He applies techniques such as queuing and inventory theory, project management modeling, financial modeling and decision analysis, where needed, to support effective decision making. Pete’s addition to the consulting team enhances the group decision processes with formal analysis where indicated.
