As an experienced
healthcare executive, Pat Sealing
has broad experience in inpatient, outpatient and
emergency pediatric services. Pat brings skills and
expertise in program development, operational process
improvement, organizational development, and
multidisciplinary team facilitation.
Some of Pat’s most recent consulting
experience has been focused on the design of a new
children’s hospital and subspecialty clinic facility,
including model of care, operational model and staffing;
operational improvement of clinics; implementation of
process improvements identified in the Transforming
Nursing Care At The Bedside initiative; nursing staff
satisfaction and retention; case management redesign;
and shared governance initiatives.
Previously, Pat served as Associate
Vice President at Egleston Children’s Health Care
System, Atlanta, GA. In addition, she has held the
positions of Nursing Consultant, Booz-Allen Health Care,
Atlanta, GA; Director of Child Health Analysis at
NACHRI, Alexandria, VA; Executive Director of the
Pennsylvania Perinatal Association, Philadelphia, PA;
and Director of Nursing Education and Development at St.
Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Philadelphia, PA.
Pat holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from The
Ohio State University, Columbus, OH and has pursued
doctoral study in Organizational Development at Temple
University, Philadelphia, PA.
