Candidate Services/Marketing/Referral/Assistance

Bowen & Briggs assists candidates in the search for opportunities to advance their careers – including executive leaders, directors, managers, physicians and advanced practice specialists nationally. Our priority is making the best possible match between candidate and client, representing both parties’ best interests in every step of the process, and focusing on partnership and excellent service. Always with the individual’s approval, B&B will present a candidate for a current available position or network nationally with client hospitals for exciting opportunities in the candidate’s specialty.

Candidate Presentation includes:

  • Interview with B&B Search Consultant, including career coaching services.
  • Resume review and formatting to highlight achievements.
  • Phone interview with contact at hospital.
  • Schedule on-site interviews at facility with groups and individuals.
  • Preparation session prior to on-site interview.
  • Assistance provided with travel and lodging needs.
  • Reference interviews with four to five people to provide a 360 degree perspective
  • Reference Report completed and submitted to client hospital.
  • If both parties agree to proceed with an offer, assistance with compensation negotiations if desired
